Dear 2019

We’re 2 weeks into the new year and it’s safe to say everything is off to a great start. 2018 was filled with new adventures and life-changing revelations. But I’m excited for what God has planned in 2019. I believe the most important lesson I learned last year was to fully embrace the calling God has over my life. For so long I placed a cap on how much of my true self and my anointing I was willing to share.

Throughout 2018 a number of people messaged me or walked up to me saying how they believe God has called me to “more” and that I’m not walking in all He has called me to. Even this past Saturday, one of my dear friends said, “I believe you have all of these amazing spiritual gifts hidden inside of you, and it’s time to share them with the world.” I knew they were right. And although I stepped out of my comfort zone in 2018,

For me, 2019 is all about becoming. Being purposeful, incomparable and unapologetic. I have to live the message I’ve been preaching. Believing is simply not enough. It’s time to take the cap off. Dear 2019, I’m all in.

“They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do.”
Psalm 1:3 NLT

Great post! I’m really focusing on listening to God’s plan for my life more in 2019. Not withholding my gifts in fear of the unknown, but trusting Him to lead me where I’m supposed to go. I know that that’s where genuine joy & fulfillment lies.

Well said! You can never go wrong when you commit to God and wait for Him to speak. Thank you Lisa ☺️
