Sometimes we don't recognize people as "toxic" because we've already labeled them as "trusted." Those you spend time with affect your character. Don't compromise your purpose or your faith due to comfort or familiarity. Instead, be mindful of who you're attaching yourself to and if it will be worth it in the long run. Remember, “convenience" comes with a cost.
When I first heard of green smoothies, I thought they looked a little weird. And I was reluctant to try them. But after finally tasting one, I found they were actually pretty good. I've experimented quite a bit, but this has been my staple green smoothie recipe for the past 3 years.
It's officially my favorite time of year... summer. I thought it would be fitting to start the season off with one of my favorite treats. These homemade popsicles are a healthy alternative to store-bought brands. There's no corn syrup, added sugar or food dye. They're also quick, inexpensive and fun to make!
