It was one of those days that started off normal. I went about my routine as I typically would. A YouTube video played in the background while I finished a task I was working on. And then I got the call. One of those calls that stops you in your tracks and you forget about every minuscule thing that doesn't really matter. My heart sank as I fought back the tears.
